On Saturday and Sunday the training focused on basic of dribbling. Taking the ball from one place to another place head up in order to take information of all dribbling area.
1)The training started with a warm up of 15min.
2) the second exercise was about coordination without ball for 10Min.
3)A. dribbling in the limited space and execute a dribbling exercise every time you arrive to a marked point.
B. The following exercise was almost like the previous one but here the player should take the ball to the free man with a minimum speed after executing a dribbling exercise on a market point.
C). Same as B exercise but here in there was no.market point. The coach was chasing the ball and players had to protect their ball by dribbling the coach and then took the ball to the free teammate .
4) dribbling and then shooting.
